Purity tests are the road to complete fascism. We live in a two-party country, and only the Dems, though they are imperfect, can defeat the trump fascists.
Pointing out the fact that the alleged opposition party aren't representing you isn't a "purity test", it's just calling attention to the fact that they're not acting in your interests.

The message was to get involved BEFORE we have to choose between a fascism enabler (weak D's) or a fascism promoter (which is any & every R at this point.) Even Fetterman/ Manchin/ and their ilk still would tilt D #s for establishing majority commitees etc. So, yes I'd vote for them vs any R.
I'm with you on that. I just wish we had representatives who were actually willing to undo Citizens United which was the end of representative politics as we know it.
Yes! We can unite around undoing Citizens United! We can all work for that goal. But that means we support the same candidate who promises to do that for us, even if there's some other issue that we disagree with that candidate about. No one is perfect.
