Still adjusting to reading phrases like "counsel from non-governmental agencies" and not knowing what the hell to expect. Are they seeking extra-governmental counsel to justify society-destroying neerdowellsmanship? Or are they going around the government to mitigate society-destroying mendacity?

As long as Youngkin is in office, you may have to drive to MD. From what I've read (sorry, don't have link to the source), VA and DC are are limiting who can get vaccines. In MD, specifically at CVS, it seems shots are available for everyone.
