I prefer "You're duplicitous and engaging in this despite knowing exactly the counter arguments to your claims and this is not a good faith exchange. Bye." The back and forth isn't useful to anybody involved.

(Though a book like that might be a useful reference for somebody questioning a Creationist upbringing....)
