That’s precisely the point. One might assume that someone who had been subject to spurious political attacks because he benefits from a broad housing policy which he also voted for would not then support an attack of that nature when leveled against his party’s nominee by a spoiler candidate.

Yes, this. The headline uses the misleading word "sweetheart" to make people think Jeffries is personally getting special treatment when he's not, BUT both ZM and HK benefit from good policies that should be supported and expanded, not attacked and dismantled.

Me? No, I'm not confused, I know Jeffries was attacking Mamdani. I was acknowledging Gavin's point that NY Post headline is dumb/misleading and that the 421A abatement is not specific to Jeffries, and agreeing with SCTF that Jeffries is being an awful hypocrite and a poor leader here.
