I settled on a 1958 film called Macabre tonight by William Castle and it’s in Italian with English subtitles… it almost feels cheeky because Lamberto Bava also directed a film called Macabre in 1980. Wonder if it’s to tease people looking for Bava’s film
Yeah, MACABRE is... not normally in Italian.
I would imagine not but tonight Tubi has said it is. It’s funny because this started out with me wanting to watch Retribution by Kyoshi Kurosawa on Roku Channel and they not only say the audio is in English (and it isn’t) but they also legit do not have subtitles for it… at all. It’s been weird
