25 minutes from 911 call to kids in ER and into surgery at HCMC will mass casualty alert. Excellent EMS to care to this level 1 trauma center. Now at risk for closing due Medicaid cuts and the expected increase in non-insured and reimbursement cuts. Will be more dead in near future sadly
