I’d be keen to look internationally, and not just on the process of being educated, but also on outcomes, both of education and following education. UCL are doing some work currently on comparative analysis of SEND policy across different countries, so perhaps something similar to that .
Danger of focusing only on (currently) measurable outcomes, eg narrow PISA-type rankings 🙄

Peer-reviewed research informing the summary article linked above. UCL & other contributors, eg King’s College London. A starting point for schools, MATs etc would be the list on p10 of particularly impactful negative experiences for autistic & ADHD children. But prob not good for any CYP?
