I agree with Ben’s analysis. Driving up the M6 the bridges are littered with them, generally hung without care, but clearly with intent.

Yesterday evening, I witnessed three lads, topless and drinking cans, putting up a flag outside a shop. They discarded the packaging on the floor. What great example they are 🥰
