Knowing my country and my lovely compatriots, IF Waymo would ever attempt to implement their service here, I would bet good money that the first car would be stolen just hours after first deployment. xD

Nah, that a risk for humans drivers too. I think that traffic is more the issue here, but maybe a limited service in Polanco the the subway stations wouldn't be so infeasible.
