I guess you're right, I definitely assumed you cared about the people of gaza, and was not so kindly attempting to remind you that they are the people that matter. But if this conversation is more important to you, that's cool I guess.

While I'm sure those people are flattered that you've finally found them convenient to pretend to care about when used as a cudgel against internet strangers, you appear to still just be making things up to yell at me about.
You're right, I should stop assuming you care about the people of gaza. My bad. You win the argument, congratulations. And the people of gaza are free now! Amazing, your efforts here definitely fixed it all :D how nice for you
It appears that, for the third time in a row, you've just made up a bunch of stuff and gotten mad at it instead of engaging with my post. Has that been productive for you in helping others?
Every time a liberal punches left, AOC gets a dollar or something, idk how the actual payout breaks down.
Five months ago (the only other time that Gaza ever came up for this user): “Supporting the genocide is BAD and compliance that led to this was BAD.” Now: “Guess you just want INTERNET POINTS because you say supporting a genocide is BAD and compliance that continues to support it is BAD.”
To quote your own words. I doubt even you believe what you are saying.
Then I'll cut the sarcasm. Here is what I believe. Genocide is bad. Palestine should be free. People should not give money or power to countries committing genocide, including the u.s. and Israel.
You believe that so much that you’ve expressed it multiple times and not just in one instance as a potential throw away statement and DEFINITELY ARE NOT just throwing a temper tantrum at other people for ACTUALLY holding that belief. Sure
I also happen to believe many of the people currently going after AOC for making a bad choice and abstaining from this one vote, aren't going after the representatives that actually voted for it. And I believe there is a non zero percent of people dogpiling on AOC in bad faith.
Also nitpicking word choice, does nothing but score likes. It certainly doesn't move the needle toward helping the people of gaza.
I'm deeply skeptical of internet dogpiles on women and minorities, because I've seen things get blown way out of proportion specifically against those groups, several times. And that's what this feels like, frankly. Per example, "Fuck anyone who ever supported AOC"
But, on the off chance you need it. 5calls.org/issue/gaza-p... I don't care how I look. I'm not in on the dogpile, so I'll look bad anyway. The people of Palestine matter, and this whole argument, down to the very topic, feels like a distraction from that.
Congrats on adding to the distraction. Toodles.
LOL I literally said that her vote was a mistake. She should have voted against the measure instead of abstaining. The internet points comment was about them nitpicking word choice. Genocide is still bad, and trying to change topic off the people of gaza doesn't help them.
Did they just start mattering to you recently?
