I was on that platform earlier today. There weren't as many then, but there were some.

This was Tuesday at 310 pm.

Everyone knows that crime spikes at 3:10 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. It's truly the most dangerous time of day. It's a miracle that you managed to take that in a moment when they weren't phenomenally busy stopping the non-stop criming.

I was just in that exact location at about 12:30 today and saw several wander down the escalators, so it's not like they're not still roaming around either.

There were four there at about 8:30, two on each Red Line platform. They’re just standing around with absolutely nothing to do. What a colossal waste of time and money.

I cannot walk in the city without encountering patrols in the morning, during lunch, and going home.
