Typically after dark. On Thursday it was around 9:30PM — there were two convoys that organized themselves there, about ten minutes apart, then drove off to Georgia Ave and headed north. Neighbors have reported they’ve seen them other nights, too. They come one at a time then all leave together.

It’s also very odd that each of the MPD cars I see in those convoys always have at least one if not two cops in the backseat. Clearly not going to be using that squad to carry an arrestee.
