DCPD is one of my favorite tells. A few weeks ago a woman insisted that a map showing youth curfews in Navy Yard was actually a map of the “DC Mall.”

There was a picture floating around yesterday of some sandbags being laid out in DC somewhere by LE. I can't say exactly where they were, but the comments were nevertheless along the lines of, 'what exactly is this about?'
