It's like a Prince of Persia level out there!
I automatically read this as "a Prince of Petworth level" and now I either have to bleach my brain or learn how to code games
menaced by a rogueish red panda

Getting stabbed in Cleveland Park is a skill issue.
I am curious about something. I’ve seen some reporting to confirm what you’re saying but I haven’t seen any reporting adding the ghost town aspect as context in the course of reporting on the drop in crime. That seems odd to me. Thoughts?
You’re asking me why other reporters haven’t talked about someone being less likely to be mugged if nobody is out? Or you’re asking for reporting it confirms my reporting about places being emptier than usual?
It just seems so arbitrarily weird to see what looks like a pretty total collapse of the local economy being ignored while value judgments are being made about the ‘success’ of the military occupation of the city. I’m interested in the hidden dynamics of DC reporting.
This has been covered by the guardian, Washington Post, 51st state, Washingtonian, New York Times, and cnn.
Amanda why won't you interview the absent people who are clearly not on the streets according to many videos of usually-busy DC areas?
Too tired from chasing the irs cops around and begging them to tell me how it feels to go from being an educated finance bro to a fare evasion beat cop!!
I have it on good authority that the number of overdue books at the Cleveland Park Library has increased. But Trump's ghost is sending in Mr. Bookman.
