We did, several times since, it made 0 difference because they are beholden to capital... people seem to forget we had a democratic president just a few months ago, but he was busy supporting genocide and sending cops at protestors. There was a Supreme Court seat open during the 2016 election! Electing HRC quite literally would have given us enough votes to overturn it!
