How incredibly sad this sign is. Even if it's a made-up picture, it still reflects the fear of too many school children today.

Just imagine how the parents feel. I pray every day I send my kids to school. Not just for them, but all the kids. This is daily trauma....

My granddaughter won’t use the bathroom at school because she’s afraid if a school shooter comes into the bathroom, she won’t have a way to escape. She holds it all day. This infuriates me that she is too afraid to go to the bathroom in her own school.

Agreed, even if it was made up, it’d be an accurate reflection of American reality. But, fwiw, I’m nearly certain that one is real.

But hey, let’s only talk about comfy “kitchen table” issues. How about whether schoolchildren in America will get to sit at theirs the next morning after a day at school? Or whether parents will have to stare at the empty place at theirs, where their child should be.
