Is that 8-year-old Ivanka? Did she chew her fingers at that age, or is this regression due to worry or fear? This picture makes me very uneasy every time I see it.

Agreed. Even though I'm on the other side of the planet, I can actually sense something really off, sick, unsettling and sinister in these photographs.
