I’m old enough to remember Sarah Palin claiming Obamacare would set up “death panels.” And some people believed her.

Every accusation is a confession.
There were already death panels: Insurance companies excluding anyone with a pre-existing condition. One big difference is going to be that Roe v Wade is no longer there to keep the government out of your medical records and they're planning to upload them into AI. www.vox.com/2017/5/4/155...
When I was 20, I was rejected for employer-sponsored health insurance because I had broken my rt. humerus and lt. femur in a car accident when I was 17. (They were obvs healed by then.) I didn't have health insurance until my mid-20s because of that 'pre-existing condition.'
Before the ACA, I was uninsured for most of my pregnancy. When I was finally insured through my husband’s employer at 7 months pregnant, the insurer told us my upcoming hospital labor/delivery costs would not be covered- because my pregnancy was a pre-existing condition & therefore excluded.
Does this suggest that only 1/3 of 65-year-olds have or have had one of these listed conditions? Ratio has to be higher.
Yup. That was all over the news back then. Never happened. Yet here we are under republicans.
