This might be one of my most controversial food takes but I don't like root beer. When everybody else got root beer floats I would get Coca-Cola floats instead.

It's a special occasion drink for me. Root beer floats, walking into a cool restaurant/bar after being out on an extremely hot day, etc. I don't have it all the time, but when I do, it's to relax and refresh.
