I don’t think it’s got shit to do with the second coming of Christ. The only thing those ghouls worship is money, religion is just a bludgeon to them.

Well, ultimately, yeah. Nothing about these people is genuine, just masks masking other masks. But by "these people" I mean the tops. Those below them who're just indocrinated sheep believe the second coming, while also adopting the "lying for Christ" argumentation method.

For me they're functionally insane, living with this much dissonance (while to them, we're demons 🤷♂️) but they'll back up their greedy pastors, and deny they're pastors have any impure motives.
