This whole encounter is amazing. Though it seems a bit like the 1760s version of being drawn into a Twitter argument.
And why hasn’t anybody made a Biopic of John Wesley? It would be great.
No Biopic, but there was a very good one-man play that was basically an adaptation of his journals, called "The Man From Aldersgate." I saw it live. I think there's a few videos of it floating around. You wouldn't think a one-man play could be engaging for 90min, but it was.
A musical would be gas.
