Yeah that's the hardest thing for me every time I'm down there. I can do with the shaheeds and missiles and other treats. But the people I meet and there story and destiny is the hardest for me to cope with.

Last ambulance I was down with we stayed in a church in bila Tserkva (white Church) in Ukrainian. On the church there were refuge's from bachmut. Old people with nothing left.. so hard to feel there pain. I wish I was a billionaire and give them new houses.

So what infantry should exactly do? Just watch? I cleared a LOT of buildings/compounds in Afghanistan without this kind of support,they just took us there and covered us

Neither you or I (or anyone else just watching the video) knows which options were available there and then, or the exact situation - and this is one of the things that HE tank shells are meant for (as opposed to AP ones).

Correct but it's still a sledghammer to crack a nut. An infantry team covered by this tank or whatever armored available should have the job done. HE is for something more protected/reinforced,not for an average civilian building...

Actually there is too much that we don't know, including if the tank gun was the only option for getting the job done quickly enough, or if it was too risky to use Infantry there, etc...
