You are correct. The Primorsk Oil Terminal is Russia's largest oil-exporting port on the Baltic Sea, located near St. Petersburg, serving as the end point of the Baltic Pipeline System. Would be a shame if something happened to it 💥

Apparently, this was an expected outcome of the “do not escalate” approach. By refusing to provide long-range weapons to Ukraine, they have effectively given Ukraine every incentive to develop them domestically — but with less U.S. oversight and control over their use.
