Someone sent this to me yesterday when I had the same question. "Courts don’t send injunctions against already illegal things. You don’t need an injunction, you’re already not supposed to do illegal things. The DAs or AG just need to find some courage and make the arrest."

Just because they are Democrats does not mean they aren't corrupt. But, it would be really important to see the opinion rendered or if the court just refused to take the case.

I understand that. But we've seen them make judicious calls before and my tired heart just wants to believe.
