Even with the backdrop that is the history of the Vancouver #Canucks the fall from being one goal away from the WCF to staring down a rebuild in just 10 short months is truly incredible.

I think too many people got seduced by that team and didn't grasp that Game 7 of the second round was the ceiling, and pretty much everything other than Demko's health went right. It was going to regress, even if this is a bit much (cue the stat about recent Jack Adams winners getting fired)
