It is National Peach Pie Day! Affirmation Coyote prefers their peaches raw, off the ground in an orchard. Being chased by a guy with a shotgun just adds to the fun.

I have a feeling Affirmation Coyote would not turn away from an unattended peach pie on a windowsill, either. Same opportunity for shotgun excitement, possibly more!

Years ago, in eastern Oregon, I met a woman who was a licensed airplane and helicopter pilot. She was the only one in the area, so if you needed a pilot, she was your only choice. She told me that, as long as that was the case, nobody would be shooting coyotes from the air anymore.
