I would say close it to general traffic but keep it open to delivery trucks as needed (not very needed because most buildings have access from Commerce or Bench)

A 6am-10am delivery window, as is common in Europe, would work well.

We were talking about this on Milwaukee yesterday, how the street activity didn’t really pick up to a point that would make deliveries difficult until around 11am.

I think the peak time at MMOM was around 2-4 pm And it could have had a resurgence on a holiday evening if it kept going past 5
