I really believe Trump has heart disease and other complications, which is probably why he is not a candidate for a pacemaker. I believe Trump is much sicker than we know.

Probably why he's doing this stuff because he's in the " I dont care anymore" mode. Leaving a trail of destruction to make it harder to go after his sickophants.
