Do you really think it would change their behavior if there were guidelines? More to the point, what kind of monster needs to be told not to do that in the first place?

Oh I’m with you. I just wonder if it’s a requirement in their own regulations. They are monsters to the core just for opting into this effort. I wonder if their new and improved rulebook actually advises them to leave minors behind?
