NASCAR in Chicago was outstanding… It was better and better each year, the potential was there. I wouldn’t/won’t attend a NASCAR event any place else. More than likely the decision not to return was political.

It was terrible for people living there. Roads closed down and terrible noise pollution and traffic. A fun experience for those able to attend maybe but a blight for residents

I think you missed the part where NASCAR takes up actual roads. They don’t use a track they use city blocks
