Why did congress just hand over their powers to him? (They want America to be a Christian Nationalist country & are "in on it"). Will the judiciary hold? We can only hope. But we must be prepared if they don't. We, the people are the country's last defense.
It is the "PEOPLE" that gave the government to Anus Tangerinus and his accomplices . The courts failed, Congress failed, Biden failed but it was the voters that had the last opportunity to stop it and they didn't. That was the last "defense"! It's over!

I will suggest that our Constitution is predicated on an "out-of-band" conflict resolution method. Dueling. it all started going to hell in the 1830's when Washington DC banned dueling and so Chuck Schumer didn't challenge Mitch McConnell to a duel when McConnell stole Obama's USSC nomination.
