If you still have the migraine - relax in a hot bath with all the lights off & no noise. It helps me every time! My housemate suggested it to me as I get migraines from the humidity and air pressure in summer, something to do with the heat decompressing your muscles & blood vessels.

For things to eat - toast with a small amount of butter; bananas; plain rice, potatoes, or noodles; or ginger biscuits (ginger soothes nausea). Avoid sweet, spicy, and fatty foods.
