Maybe it's time that changed. What I find interesting is there are American lawyers and judges working at the ICC. Why is that? If you refuse to be prosecuted by the court then you shouldn't get to work for the court.

Maybe that should have changed years ago rather than the USA staying on a very short list of non-respecters that include China, Russia and Israel. It won't be changed by the current admin, once they are gone it should be order of business tho.
