Have you seen the urban turbines? They use a row of boxes on the edge of a tall building’s roof. The turbine is inside. Safe for birds. Every office and apartment building could be doing this in every city.

I have seen them but I have never heard anything positive about the efficiency. The more obstructions the more turbulent the air is. This is why serious turbines are tall and spread out as they are.
