It makes sense the tax cuts, especially for the wealthy, is the most costly item.
So it’s the TCJA wealthy welfare increases debt by more than double the Medicaid cuts. For every $1 lost to Medicaid the billionaires get $2. May the next pandemic target hoarded wealth, make melt into a suffocating crown of molten gold or crypto account files.

I am a rare disease patient that often goes to the doctor and the system is already collapsing. Medicare isn’t even paying hospitals back for most stuff and doctors are going private pay. This will implode the system.
Even funnier is that, thanks to tariffs, you won't be able to afford the building supplies needed to build the spare room for memaw and pepaw when they're kicked out of their nursing home; you also won't be able to find the laborers to build it.
Retirement forums are always buzzing with questions on how to get parents nursing home care covered by Medicare. This is a disaster. Ever read the Jungle? Grapes of Wrath? Anything on the Depression? SOS

The rural hospital bailout fund is to protect red state hospitals only. Not blue.
On to rephrase that a little. We expect those currently in receipt of Medicaid to look down the back of their couch and find an additional $1 Trillion in change to fund their healthcare. While all couches have some retained funds, I doubt the nations couches will yield more than $100K.
