Nope. Don't riot. They're counting on it and you'll be playing right into their hands. They will cut healthcare, social security and probably food stamps too. At that point... Rioting won't be avoidable no matter how much it helps them declare martial law. Don't give them what they want early...

Because if the rioting happens as a result of a loss of these social safety nets, it will be a lot harder to convince the military to turn their guns on US citizens than it will be if you riot due to the taking of political prisoners.
