The United Nations Headquarters should be moved to Beijing, and the 2028 Olympic Games should be moved to an alternate country.

Not a bad idea to move UN HQ but maybe to Africa and not China who also have its own agenda.

There's also a financial obligation, which might be difficult for many countries. Either way, it makes sense for the HQ to be in one of the most populated countries of the world, so it should probably be China or India.

You are right about financial aspect but shouldn't Member States support the host country? I think the host should be a country with no interest or means try dominate the world. How about Japan or Singapore?

The U.S. is the global hegemon right now, so almost any country would be better than America. Yes, China is dominating economically, but they aren't trying to dominate the world politically or militarily. No aspirations of expansion, emphasis on peaceful partnerships, etc.

Since we agree on need to move it out of US let's start with that step and see how it goes. Realistically I think there is no real chance that happening any time soon.
