So again you think its a bad thing that the UK could be capturing footage to prove there has been war crimes committed, you know what you'd be the first to scream "murderers" if the UK had the opportunity to capture this footage and didn't do it.
So for clarity, where does it say in the article you treat as gospel, does it say: They are willing? Or They approached the ICC?
