It is...til you talk to people.
It is...til you talk to people.
So talk to me…. Proud Kentuckian here. Also a deep blue democrat. What exactly would you like to discuss? The effects of poverty and undereducation in the eastern parts of the state? Or perhaps the fact I can go anywhere in the state and talk to people and no matter their affiliation we can talk?
I haven't had that experience. I don't usually get to frequent the more cosmopolitan parts.
Trust me…. Grayson KY isn’t cosmopolitan. We stop there for gas and snacks every time we drive to see my wife’s family in West Virginia. I always end up in a conversation in the gas station and I’ve never had an issue with anyone. Same when we visit my aunt in Ashland.
