the pie’s gluten free but the salad no, is what i’m hearing?
I’m celiac and that menu is a nope for me. The things they chose to mark as gluten free are strange choices, and not the easiest things on the menu to make gluten free? Also, would I trust the training of the staff? (No) Would they cross contaminate stuff? (Probably yes)
i’m actually sort of intrigued by the concept of salad breadcrumbs, maybe as an alternative to croutons in a caesar
