oh man this vulcan race swap ep of snw is terrifically bad, may have to dnf i saw that a lot of biracial people hated it but i was just expecting to dislike a message, not to also find the acting unbearably clunky

it’s so weird, did they swap out the whole writers room? the actors are good, they did interesting stuff in the first two seasons, so what the heck?

i think part of my problem is i drank up diane duane’s vulcans (and romulans) with mother’s milk, and those are such wonderfully complex and interesting societies these bigoted robots are one note and therefore really wasteful (in addition to being offensive)
