It's really insane if people are doing exactly what you said in 2025. Like, what kind of common (uncommon) sense do you have that is not prompting you to ACTUALLY call your bank to see if any of these requests are legit?? 🙄

Even if I call my bank, I’m not installing something / remote access software on my computer on request. 🫠 (That might just be me though.)

I got what u mean, but at least if my bank says it's legit then I know it is...as opposed to a lot of these Einsteins who dont even bother to confirm legitimacy at all....
