The Government won’t interfere, except when they do.

According to Fart, they didn't buy them. That implies payment. He said it didn't cost the government anything. This was a gift; like the new, old aeroplane. Does that mean that Fart takes them with him when (if) he leaves office?

It sounds like the government's going to get 10% of Intel's total dividend payouts, but Trump doesn't actually get to tell Intel what to do or how, so some kind of restricted stock class.

I'm not so sure. "The government also agrees to vote with the Company’s Board of Directors on matters requiring shareholder approval" That sounds like telling them what to do to me... plus there's the continued threat of tariffs...

To me it sounds like they're being required to vote the way the board recommends, rather than ever being allowed to vote against the board, so it's still not their decision. And yeah, tariffs are still a threat, but more from trashing the economy Intel sells to than limiting Intel itself.
