They are not. Make sure to follow the procedure for objecting carefully, though. It will be on the claims website when it goes up.

No clue. I’m not an author, so I don’t know contractually how revenue is split between the two. The preliminary approval motion seems to imply that publishers will have some revenue rights, but I don’t know how that works.
