Honestly I don’t think this is as much about a distraction from the files but a poorly veiled excuse to have military in place for when something happens that they only they know is already coming 1/2

Pardoning Maxwell in exchange for “exoneration”, martial law for the country, stated intent to throw out two term limit, anything crazy. They know some counter reaction is coming and they’re placing forces there in advance. The eyes no *current* concern.
