So they’re going to let Texas gerrymander but stop blue states from redrawing their own maps? At this point we are a dictatorship and failed state.

It is no longer objective legal reasoning in play. It is political sophistry to help the far right and evangelical / Opus Dei religious minority to take and hold power.
