I don't recall that, there was one called "The Hitler Boys". The premise was that someone saved his DNA and IVF'ed a group of clones. The families they were placed with were manipulated to mimic his childhood, trying to create a new Fuehrer to lead the next Fascist group.

it's late fifties early 60s, it may be a Hammer film (pretty sure it is), i've seen it a few times , it would come on tv late at night, such a wonderfully good bad flick, i remember there being dungeons , it's a great flick, now i want to see it again, i bet it's out there
