It started with notifications crashing. So, people made posts criticizing. Those posts were being taken down and removed. And here we are.

That's part of it, but I think it started before the notification foulups... The day before, new formatting that showed images over-maximized, so we had to click into the post to see the whole thing

For the longest time, I thought my phone and my computer were just busted as heck and couldn't finish loading posts. It was a bummer seeing all this nonsense happen over there. On a positive note, my computer and phone are functioning perfectly.

Oh that's not what started it, really, that was just the last drop in the bucket. Site's been getting enshittified in an absolute hurry, and the users apparently don't matter. Well, as product, maybe, but that's it.

Yeah, they snuck it in very gradually just like with all their other properties, but eventually they'll start squeezing for all they're worth :(
