You could look at commercial VPNs to the UK, to access the full Sounds website (app perhaps trickier). Some are blocked by the BBC, so you might need to try several to find one that works; I've seen NordVPN or Mullvad being recommended
I’ll be honest. I listened to Friday night comedy which was funny about 30% of the time. And a few other shows that I can live without. I think it’s going to take me about 2 weeks to adjust to not listening.
And to be fair, the coverage I do get to hear, and the podcasts I was listening to, the quality has been on the slide. I was still listening largely out of habit.
