Remember when tech was good? This DS XL is 15 years old. Tried charging yesterday and the battery is dead. No worries. Nice handy little cover that screws off. Pop out the battery and pop in a new one. Also doesn’t rely on some company keeping a server running. And I OWN the games on carts.

My kids still semi regularly use their DSes. The new favourite device is a 2DS which is almost as old as my eldest. The Wii gets occasional use too.

Yep ours still use the 2DS And the Wii gets heavy use. Golden Age of consoles. Gone forever.
